There is something very refreshing about doing walking lunges and squats along the beach. Doesn’t spare you the puzzled looks of the runners and skaters though…

Instead of a Rest Day – I decided to chip in my home club’s WOD today.
I seem to have the local gym‘s free weights all to myself as most patrons are playing squash or playing with the machines.
