Day 7 of 42 – WOD @ Szeged

Instead of a Rest Day – I decided to chip in my home club’s WOD today.

I seem to have the local gym‘s free weights all to myself as most patrons are playing squash or playing with the machines.

Warm Up

– Crossfit Warmup (see CrossFit Journal)
– 100 Wall Squats

WOD

9 Rounds for time:

– 5 Deadlifts (225#)
– 5 Handstand push-ups (mod 2 plates)
