Day 3 of 42 – WOD at CrossFit London

I had a great start of my UK trip at CrossFit London. The box is fun and I got a great set of pointers on everything from KB swings through deadlifts to front squats.

Warm-up

Glute stretching with bands
20 kettlebell swings
5×3 Deadlifts @ 215#

WOD

3 rounds for time:
– 20 burpees
– 20 front squats 90#
– 15 deadhang pullups

Those pullups and burpees made the squats feel like resting…
