12 Days of Xmas – Day 6: “Beaver”

Our first day of skiing/snowboarding on Beaver Creek was fun and also a lot of work as the air was thin, the snow icy and we were all tired from yesterday’s trip. With EpicMix built into the ski passes, we now get to track every run, our total elevation change and area covered. By the 9th run my legs were jello as if I had just done 500 squats, so after the mountain the real WOD had to be anything but legs…

– 25 pushups
– 25 bench dips
– 25 situps
