Overhead Pain

The fun and painful side of CrossFit is that you can’t hide your weakness. It eventually comes out in a WOD or benchmark. One of mine remains the Overhead Squat. 6 months ago I could deadlift 300 but could’t overhead squat a PVC pipe. I worked my way up to 95 lbs but I know little girls that can lift more… So I keep working it.
