The staff at the China World Hotel gym stopped asking if I was OK after dropping weights or watching my shaky handstands… In fact my crazed running from C2 rower to pullup bar to squat rack made them rediscover their own gym. Or so I’d like to believe.
Day 2 of Hell Week made me invent the word ‘progressive fatigue’. May not sound like much but it describes my state of mind and P.F. rhymes with B.S. which is how I start feeling about my programming this week.
Just realized that having ‘Josh’ after ‘Fran’ was a really bad idea. My shoulders and legs agree.
