Heaven Hell Week Day 1

As I settled in for my double-WOD-a-day week I was pleased to find a C2 rower in the hotel gym. Noone else seemed to care except for another CrossFitter passing through from Florida.
The 8am and 8pm workout combo produced an awesome WOD set:

Warmup (Burgener, Handstand pushups, Double unders, overhead squats, chest to bar

WOD1
– Fran – 9:18 RX
– 10 free handstands
– 40 butterfly pullups
– 20 Overhead Squats – 45lbs
– 50 double unders

WOD2
– 100 burpees for time – 10:25
– 500m Row for time – 1:51
– 10 free handstands
– 50 double unders
– 40 butterfly pullups

Cash out in-between was my visit to the Temple of Heaven, the namesake for this week’s WOD theme.
