Day 31 of 42 – Crossfit Mumbai


I arrived at 1am to my hotel in Mumbai after a 10-hour trip from Paris. The monsoon season is still in full force and it was pouring down all night. The morning was clear enough to head over to the beach and meet Dheepesh at Crossfit Mumbai. It is an amazingly dedicated group of athletes getting up super early for a  tough WOD.

Strength Training

3-3-3-3 of Back Squats

154-200-220-240 lbs (new PR!!)

WOD

3 rounds of:

– 7 Handstand Pushups
– 14 Toes to Bar
– 20 One hand KB swings (16kg/35lbs)
