Blend in the Strength

Our box can never be accused of settling for traditional CF training formats, like the warmup, strength and metcon sequence practiced everywhere. The team is exploring for a month making the strength portion integrated in the MetCons by increasing the normal Rx load of the weighted movements. For example a usual deadlift in a metcon may be 135 or 185 so we will raise it to 225/245 to build strength and stamina at the same time.
After the morning WOD, I was off to New York to witness yet another winter day in the middle of spring…
