Our box can never be accused of settling for traditional CF training formats, like the warmup, strength and metcon sequence practiced everywhere. The team is exploring for a month making the strength portion integrated in the MetCons by increasing the normal Rx load of the weighted movements. For example a usual deadlift in a metcon may be 135 or 185 so we will raise it to 225/245 to build strength and stamina at the same time.
