Some people associate Eastern Europe with arctic temperatures and snow storms but that would be Russia in February… The summer over here has scorching heat (105F) with muddy humidity and the occasional few minutes of torrential thunderstorms. I’m already eyeing the Austrian mountains and Vienna for a cool down next week…
I’m continuing the theme of partner WODs with my daughter as we incorporate more CrossFit and CF Endurance into her soccer and lacrosse “European Base Camp” training to get ready for her qualifiers end of the summer.
