It turns out that the best way to warm up before work and have a cool breeze while working out is going on a peddle board in the Gulf. With moderate winds and an almost flat sea the conditions are outstanding for a morning endurance race… 2 hours of this fun gig makes you forget time and space for a while… In the evening I dropped in the local gym for “Angie” and annoyed the locals by not letting them cut in for the pull-up bar…
