Street Workout Challenge

Street Workout is taking over streets from Brooklyn through Switzerland to Russia. It was time for me to succumb to the challenge and build it into a WOD – and do these tough moves for time… I had to substitute things like bus stops and metal trashcans but most other things could be done around my house… A great fun way to destroy my arms.

Street WOD
10 Left to Right / Right to Left sliding wide pullups
20 diamond pushups
10 car bumper dip (or 20″ box)
20 clapping pushups
10 bus stop pull-up (dead-hang pull-up with fists together on bar)
20 metal trash can curl (or 45lb bar)
10 horizontal leg levers while hanging from bar
20 toes to bar
10 jumping muscle ups
20 pull-up holds with horizontal pushups against bar
