Open Prep Day

Today was Prep Day with focus on skills and lifts…

LIFTS: (focus on form with 95lbs)
– snatch
– clean & jerks
– overhead squats
– front squats

MOVEMENTS:
– muscle ups
– pistols
– handstand pushups (finally full range !!!)
– L-sit, double unders
– KB swings
