Day 29 of 42 – Last WOD in Hungary

I squeezed in a last workout before heading to Budapest Airport. I will sure miss the squat rack and Oly barbells at this gym. The locals learned about Crossfit which is all but unknown here and I learned that Hungary is the home of Olympic weightlifting. The international weightlifting federation is headquartered here.
No wonder I saw so many powerlifters…

Warm-up

– 50 airsquats
– 20 pullups
– 30 situps
– 5 handstand pushups (wish I could do more…)

WOD

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

– 15 overhead squats 95#
– 10 dips
– 5 burpees

SCORE: 3 rounds @ 77#
(barbells have kg increments)

OHS as usual is punishing all my shoulder inflexibility issues… well getting closer to Rx one day…
