Day 2 of the Venice trip with no gym equipment in sight. Took a page from my home club’s WOD yesterday and added a little special.
WOD – Michael with added Power

– 800m run (over steep bridges of Venice)
– 50 situps
– 50 back extensions
– 50 pushups (this is the extra)
