Work and WOD Travel Gear

In my recent back to back travels I learned to optimize the amount of gear I am packing. That is true both for work and CrossFit stuff. For my work needs I narrowed things down to a single Moleskine notebook, a couple of travel folders, a Kindle, power converters, backup batteries, all the cables modern toys require and a travel steam iron (even some of the best hotels lack them).
For CrossFit I used to travel with a lot of equipment and I recently scaled back as I learned what was essential: Spibelt (need to carry stuff for runs), Lacrosse ball, K-tape and athletic tape (mobility), RX speed rope, TRX (strength training in a pinch), Gymboss timer.

Baseline:
30-20-10 reps of wallball, sit ups.
Strength:
Front squats – 75% x 5 reps, 85% x 3 reps, 95% x 1+ reps.
Stamina:
5 rounds, not timed:
– 8x front squats @ 115#
– 30x sandbag step ups (60#)
– 25m broad jump
