8 weeks of travel finally came to an end for now. Back home for Labor Day.
More importantly the one-week deload period is ending now and full WODs are back.
Starting next week more time will be spent on the pullup bars than on 10-hour flights.
Need to get in top mental and physical shape for the Spartan Beast in 3 weeks.
