I may not have a lot of vivid childhood memories but I clearly remember the ski trips my parents took us on, the hikes in the mountains, the soccer games, the times on the beach.
I think kids will remember the time we spend with them more than any other detail.
Whether it is a ski trip, a WOD together, teaching my daughter memory tricks or a Cotillion dance with my 9-year old, these are things we don’t want to outsource to schools, coaches and teachers.
CrossFit, I believe, is one of these lifelong gifts to our children especially when they see how it changes our lives for the better. The best way to show them is to share the time.
