Extreme WOD 118

All last week during the hikes and traverses across the Utah mountains, my daughter and I were thinking about ways to make the experience even more challenging.
Now that a friend of mine reminded me that I have not posted an extreme WOD recently, today’s travel day is as good as any to right that wrong.
