On my last day in NY this week I just gave in to total shoulder destruction… I’ll heal another day… At least the rain stopped and it is absolutely gorgeous and sunny in Manhattan this morning.

WOD

15 rounds for maximum rep:
– 30 second pull-ups

SCORE: 121 Pullups Rx

Ouch. There is no way to avoid blisters with high reps. Period. One more thing to heal…
