WOD – 07.15.2011

OK. I’m new to barbells. As such any barbell workout is already a half win when I show up…

Today’s WOD was

warmup – 800m run

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

– 5 hang cleans
– 5 front squats
– 5 push jerks

I didn’t even have line is sight to the Rx of 155#. I got to practice form at 75# and realized it is a long until I will clear RX on all the lifts…

Oh yes, and every body part now hurts… Except the ears.
