Monthly WOD Schedule

WOD Schedule for October/November/December 2012

Given my unpredictable work and travel schedule I develop a monthly master plan to keep me focused. I change or substitute it if I get to visit my home box,, or any box I drop into… But I always have a backup plan and that is 80% of the win… My monthly workouts can also be found on Beyond The Whiteboard.

Weekly format is 3-days-on 1-day-off then 2-days-on 1-day-off with plenty of mobility built in.
January/February: Stamina-Biased CrossFit
– medium strength (20-40 reps) – alternate Oly/Power
– heavy metcons (20-40 minutes high intensity)
– light endurance (<10 minutes high intensity)
