It has been over a year since the last full workout with Medballs and I’m glad they are back. There is something uniquely painful about these soft, heavy objects being attached to you for more than 10 minutes… In the spirit of functional fitness though, the awkward size and shape of these compared to a dumbbell makes workouts twice the fun.
Just wait until we bring out the Atlas stones again….
