Today’s WOD called for almost 150 double unders. I remember 9 months ago that would have kep me out of the gym as I was doing them 2-3 at a time… Nowadays 30-40 is easily unbroken and 70 was last month. What a difference 3 quarters make!!
I wish CF was more part of overall skill and conditioning in high school sports where conditioning almost always means endless and mindless running….
