Resting with Kettlebells

In the spirit of an active rest day, I visited Coach Chris’ kettlebell club at CFDV.
It was great to take a break from high intensity especially after yesterday’s tests and this fit the bill perfectly. Even if 100 reps of 72lb kettlebell swings eventually gets to you…
The afternoon started with CF Kids and my older daughter PR’d her C&J.
KB Routine 1
– 5 x 5 reps of double kettlebell presses @ 2 x 35 lbs
– 2 minute rest in-between rounds
KB Routine 2
– 10 x 10 kettlebell swings @ 72 lbs
– 90 seconds rest in-between rounds
