First WOD Again

Today there was another personal benchmark day going back to the beginning of my CF days a short 3 months ago. My first ever WOD was on 6/23/11 and today I repeated the same workout to see how much more fun it would be…

First WOD

5 rounds for time:

– 10 kettlebell swings 40#
– 10 box jumps 24′

TIME: 6:32

That’s 30% faster than my original 8:32 finish.
