Another Date with Fran

I know all of us have our most challenging workout. For some reason Fran is mine. On the good side I dropped 1:30 from my last best a month ago, however still a loooong way to go till my 2011 goal of 7:00. Now that I can do a ton of pullups I really have to work on my high volume lifts… That’s the only way to get better times.
